Draft terms — have these reviewed and adapted into a signed agreement before offering the service commercially.

1. The service

TillMark is point-of-sale software comprising a till client, a web dashboard and a backend service, operated for this deployment by TillMark. Access is granted per shop under an active arrangement.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping credentials secure, for the lawful use of any customer data you collect, and for operating a certified fiscal device as required by Cyprus law. TillMark computes sales; it does not itself issue the legal fiscal receipt.

3. Fiscal and tax compliance

TillMark is a software tool and does not constitute tax or accounting advice. Confirm your configuration with a local accountant — Cyprus fiscalisation requires an EMS-approved hardware device connected through the provided interface, and the bundled simulated fiscal printer is for development only, not legally sufficient on its own.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Self-hosted deployments are operated by you or your chosen provider.

5. Fees

Any fees are billed per the arrangement in place. Pricing shown on this site is illustrative until a signed order form exists.

6. Data

Handling of personal data is covered by the privacy policy. On termination you may export your data before access ends.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited as set out in the signed order form. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. This template does not itself set a liability cap — the order form does.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
